Overiew

We partnered with Hireon, a hiring / recruitment app concept, to define a clean, modern UI/UX that makes job matching feel seamless. The design puts people first: clear flows, intuitive screens, friendly visual elements, and an emphasis on simplicity to reduce friction during signup, browsing, and application processes.

Results

The design brought consistency and clarity across all screens. Prototypes revealed smoother navigation, reduced cognitive load, and more confident user journeys. The visual system now supports scalable future features (e.g. chat, profiles, filtering) without losing coherence.
